International Fall Gathering 2025: Women Shaping the Future of Science, Business & Society

In November 2025, inspiring women leaders from science, business, and society will come together in Berlin for the International Fall Gathering—a vibrant event hosted by the Falling Walls Foundation as part of the prestigious Falling Walls Science Summit.

This unique gathering explores how we can amplify women’s voices in science and innovation and build more diverse, inclusive academic spaces. The program includes dynamic panel discussions, interactive workshops, and meaningful networking moments.

At its core, the event connects 20 outstanding early-career female scientists (Intensive Track) with this year’s Women’s Impact Award winners, role models, and key partners from the Female Science Talents community.

The International Fall Gathering is a joint initiative by Female Science Talents, the Elsevier Foundation, the Bayer Foundation, the Volkswagen Foundation, the German Research Foundation, and the Klaus Tschira Foundation. .
