All projects powered by SPOTTERON feature their own custom-tailored Smartphone Apps for iOS and Android and an interactive embeddable map application for your project homepage. Furthermore, a Data Administration Interface for data management, community moderation, project-to-user communication, and data export is part of every project running on the SPOTTERON platform. Data can be automatically exchanged via API and many more custom tools are available for Citizen Science Projects. 2022 Science Engagement (Falling Walls Engage)

Already since his childhood, Philipp has been fascinated by nature, especially by entomology and ecology. He had many aquariums and terrariums in his kids-room to observe and learn. Philipp’s background and know-how of design come from over 20 years of practical experience. In 2014-2015 Philipp created the SPOTTERON Citizen Science App Platform for modern and community-driven Citizen Science Apps & tools.
