Giorgi Svanishvili is working on enhancing treatment options for neurological diseases linked to chronic inflammation, such as ALS and MS, by utilising stem cell therapy and a bioinformatics approach to analyse molecular changes and responses. The aim is to identify therapeutic targets and mechanisms of action, leading to the development of more effective and personalised treatments for these conditions.

Giorgi Svanishvili
Giorgi Svanishvili is a researcher at Tbilisi State Medical University specialising in stem cells as a therapeutic treatment for neuroinflammation. He has experience in various scientific fields and has taught medical chemistry, supported students as a nutritionist, and has worked as a nurse in a psychiatric clinic. Additionally, as a bioinformatician, Giorgi has honed his skills in computing molecular descriptors and predicting genome thermostability through nucleotide analysis using programming languages. Currently, Giorgi is studying molecular psychiatry and is hoping to contribute new treatment options to the field.
