The improv mindset for high-stakes networking and collaboration | By Invitation Only

In this workshop, we will draw on the principles of improvisational theater to strengthen collaboration, creativity, adaptability, and networking. These are all essential skills for leadership in science and innovation. The core principle, “Yes, and…” fosters a mindset of acceptance, active listening, and co-creation. Through a series of interactive and playful exercises, participants will learn how to build on others’ ideas in a supportive and constructive way.
