Garima Bhardwaj-Ohlendorf is Director of Business Development at BioLabs, where she develops strategic partnerships and programs that accelerate life science innovation. She previously launched and led the Clinical Incubator at BIH at Charité in Berlin and held leadership roles at LabCentral and Bayer in Boston. Her work spans biotech entrepreneurship, ecosystem building, commercialisation and cross-sector partnerships, with a focus on helping scientific ventures progress towards clinical and commercial impact.
