World-class Pitch Competitions and Networking Forums

On 6 November at the 2025 Falling Walls Science Summit in Berlin, shortlisted participants in the categories of Emerging Talents, Science Start-Ups, and Science Engagement will be invited to pitch their projects live. The winners in these categories will receive the Falling Walls Science Breakthrough of the Year 2025 title. All Science Breakthrough of the Year 2025 awardees will present their scientific breakthroughs on 9 November at the Falling Walls Science Summit.

Falling Walls Lab

Throughout the year, 100 Falling Walls Labs take place all over the world. The winners pitch their breakthrough ideas at the Science Summit.
