On 6 November at the 2025 Falling Walls Science Summit in Berlin, shortlisted participants in the categories of Emerging Talents, Science Start-Ups, and Science Engagement were invited to pitch their projects live. The winners in these categories received the Falling Walls Science Breakthrough of the Year 2025 title. All Science Breakthrough of the Year 2025 awardees presented their scientific breakthroughs on 9 November at the Falling Walls Science Summit.
