Scott Inwood started his career with business development roles in the chemical and water technology industries. He then took on a government liaison position with the Ontario colleges network, with a focus on environmental sustainability programs. Finally, he was co-founder of a clean-tech startup. Scott’s fascination with scientific discovery, coupled with a pragmatic desire to translate technological achievements for the betterment of society, underpins his career progression. Ultimately, it led Scott to embrace the role of Director of Commercialization at Canada’s most innovative university, the University of Waterloo.
