Angela Liberatore

Angela Liberatore is Visiting Fellow on Science Diplomacy at the European University Institute and former Head of the Scientific Department of the ERCEA, responsible for the evaluation and monitoring of projects and for feedback to policy. She contributed to the development of the EU Framework for Science Diplomacy, co-chaired a group of the UN Research Roadmap for COVID-19 Recovery, participated in drafting the EC White Paper on European Governance and in the negotiation of the Kyoto Protocol on Climate Change. Angela holds a PhD in Political and Social Sciences and a degree in Philosophy.
