Jon Roozenbeek is an Assistant Professor in Psychology and Security at King's College London's Department of War Studies. His research comprises two overarching themes: social identity and intergroup conflict (with a specialisation in the Russian-Ukrainian war), and (digital) media effects, including polarisation and misinformation. He has written two recent books: The Psychology of Misinformation, and Propaganda and Ideology in the Russian-Ukrainian War. Jon shares the Falling Walls award with the members of the Cambridge Social Decision-Making Lab at Cambridge University.
