Fara Peluso is a Berlin based artist-designer graduated in industrial design at University Architecture ‘La Sapienza’. With a strong interest in Biology, Peluso pursues a deep research on algae, enquiring into their poetic and agency through a transdisciplinary and speculative methodology.

She and Kat Austen developed Ouroboros as part of ‘Circular Records’ bioplastic LP project at Ars Electronica. She exhibited in Weltmuseum Vienna the algae sound installation ‘Tecuitlatl’ in collaboration with Hüma Utku and with prof. María González Valerio. Since April 2024 she’s a researcher at the HfG Karlsruhe’s Bio Design Lab.

Fara Peluso is a 2024 Falling Walls winner in the Art & Science category.
