Simon Storz is a postdoctoral researcher at ETH Zurich, specializing in experimental quantum physics. During his PhD, he focused on developing microwave-based interconnects for superconducting quantum processors. With the team in the Quantum Device Laboratory, he conducted a loophole-free Bell test with superconducting circuits. Currently, his postdoctoral research explores fundamental physics using mechanical quantum systems. Beyond his scientific pursuits, Simon is a passionate freelance radio journalist and an enthusiastic app developer.
