International Spring Gathering 2026

The Female Science Talents International Spring Gathering is taking place from 10-13 May 2026

This year's International Spring Gathering will take place from 10-13 May 2026 in Berlin. For the first time this year, we're inviting our 20 new Intensive Track Champions 2026 to come together for an exciting week filled with panel discussions, workshops, and networking activities alongside female leaders, role models, partners and Female Science Talents alumnae.

This signature event is part of the Female Science Talents Intensive Track, a year‑long career development programme that supports 20 outstanding early‑career women* in science from all disciplines. Participants engage in skill‑building workshops, mentoring, and community‑building events designed to enhance leadership, expand professional networks, and increase visibility for their research. The programme culminates in two high‑level in‑person gatherings in Berlin — the Spring and Fall Gatherings.
