Xin Wang

Prof. Xin (“Sunny") Wang is an Associate Professor of Physics at City University of Hong Kong and the Honorary Treasurer of the Physical Society of Hong Kong. He earned his Ph.D. from Columbia University, USA and his Bachelor's degree from Peking University, China. His current research focuses on theoretical problems arising from solid-state quantum computation, quantum control, quantum sensing and related areas. Prof. Wang has been recognized by many awards, including the Global Spotlight Member from American Physical Society, and the President’s Award from City University of Hong Kong.
