Wachara Chanakul

Dr. Wachara Chanakul is a postdoctoral researcher in the Biophysics group at the University of Fribourg, where he also earned his PhD in Materials Science. He focuses on translating his research into practical applications and is currently developing a project for single-molecule fingerprinting of amyloid-β oligomers to aid in the diagnosis and therapeutic monitoring of Alzheimer’s disease. Before joining the University of Fribourg, he completed his undergraduate studies in Thailand.
