Valerie is Managing Director of Livalta, a responsible proteins business. Valerie has 20 years of experience in agri-food & technology holding roles from strategic advisor to Boards to MD of an international startup (and anything related to building a business from scratch). Her passion lies in using science and tech to feed our growing population in a safe, affordable and nutritious way without destroying our planet. Valerie has a PhD in Economic Ethics and is a startup mentor and investor.
