Valeria Pettorino

Valeria Pettorino is Project Scientist for the Euclid space mission, at the European Space Agency (ESA), Netherlands. She is a physicist, and her research focuses on cosmology, the study of the Universe, dark energy and gravity. She has joined the Euclid Consortium since the start and contributed to different teams as a scientist and project manager. Over the years she has worked for ESA Planck and ESA Euclid space missions, within several institutions in Europe (Italy, Switzerland, Germany, France) and US. She is a member of the Supernova Foundation for Women in Physics.
