Tobias Ernst

Dr. Tobias Ernst earned a doctorate in law from the University of Hamburg. From 2004 to 2009, he worked at the Bertelsmann Foundation in "Economy and Social Affairs." He later gained experience in sustainability consulting at Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Ernst spent five years at Teach First Deutschland gGmbH, eventually becoming Deputy Managing Director. From 2018 to 2024, he led Kiron Open Higher Education gGmbH, a nonprofit providing digital education to refugees. As of March 1, 2024, Ernst serves as Chairman of the Board at the Kinder forschen Foundation in Berlin.
