Thomas Schinecker

Thomas Schinecker has been Chief Executive Officer of the Roche Group since March 2023. A molecular biologist by training, he joined Roche in 2003 and has held leadership positions across Europe, Asia and the United States, including CEO of Roche Diagnostics from 2019 to 2022. He holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from New York University. Since 2025, he has served as President of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Associations (IFPMA), contributing to global dialogue on pharmaceutical innovation and healthcare.
