Thomas Heilmann has been a member of the German Parliament since 2017. He is a member of the Climate and Energy Committee. Thomas has also been Chairman of the Board of KlimaUnion since February 2022. He became known as a co-founder, start-up financier and small shareholder of various start-ups. From 2009 to 2017 Thomas was deputy state chairman of the Berlin CDU and from 2012 to 2016 Senator for Justice and Consumer Protection in the state of Berlin.
