Tania Cencara Rojas

Tania Cencara Rojas is a biology student specialising in biotechnology. She participated in iGEM, where she was introduced to synthetic biology, and completed an academic exchange in Hungary that ignited her passion for molecular biology. Currently, Tania is an intern at Merck Peru, a member of the Mycology and Biotechnology Laboratory at her university, and part of Agroglim, a former iGEM project aspiring to become a start-up.
