Takuzo Aida

Takuzo Aida is the University Distinguished Professor at UTokyo and group director at RIKEN. He completed his PhD at UTokyo in 1984 and was appointed full professor at the same university in 1996. His important achievement is the discovery and development of supramolecular polymers. He is the members of Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences, U.S. National Academy of Engineering, and American Academy of Arts and Sciences. Aida continues to redefine the frontiers of polymer science.
