As a qualified dietitian with an MBA from The University of Queensland, she bridges nutrition science, business strategy, and biotechnology innovation. Eclipse Ingredients uses precision fermentation to sustainably create health ingredients from yeast, starting with human lactoferrin - a powerful protein known for immune and iron-boosting benefits. Under Siobhan's leadership, Eclipse has raised over AUD $7 million to transform global health, particularly for infants.
