Simone Jonek

Simone Jonek is heading the Foundation Office of Bayer Foundation and is based in Berlin. Bayer Foundation's purpose is to catalyze advances in science and social innovation for a world with Health for All, Hunger for None. Bayer Foundation works for many years together with Falling Walls and supported the Female Science Talents Program since the beginning.

Simone started to work at Bayer in 2013 where she did a trainee program on Office and Project Organisation including stays abroad in Budapest and Buenos Aires. Later she worked in the department of Corporate Innovation at Bayer and joined Bayer Foundation in 2020. In addition, she completed a bachelor´s degree in Business Psychology in 2021 next to her job.

Simone Jonek was a participant at the Female Science Talents International Spring Gathering 2024, at the Female Science Talents International Fall Gathering 2023 and at the Female Science Talents 20Meet20 2022.
