Shira Baror is a cognitive neuroscientist at the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences, studying how spontaneous thought and perception spontaneously unfold in the human brain. Bridging perception, memory, and spontaneous cognition, she advocates for naturalistic, agentic neuroscience. She also fosters global scientific communities, founding the Psychology & Neuroscience field of ScienceAbroad.
