Sarah Marie Bruno, Program Officer in Mathematical and Physical Sciences at the John Templeton Foundation, holds a doctoral degree in Physics from Princeton University. She was previously a postdoctoral fellow at Johns Hopkins University where she worked on instrumentation for cosmology telescopes in the Atacama Desert of Chile as well as in spectrum management for the global protection of radio astronomy. She is a member of the American Astronomical Society Committee for the Protection of Astronomy and the Space Environment, where she co-chairs the Electromagnetic Interference subcommittee.
