Roderich Kiesewetter

Roderich Kiesewetter is Member of the German Parliament (CDU) and Col (GS) ret. He has a diploma in business. He served almost 30 years in the Armed Forces in various command, staff functions and foreign operations. Since 2009 he is member of the Bundestag. He is representative of foreign affairs for the CDU/CSU-Caucus since 2014 and serves as member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs. He has been chair/deputy chair of the Parliamentary Oversight Panel (PKGr) that is responsible for scrutiny of the work of the intelligence services at Federal level between 2020 and 2025.
