Robert Rosner

Robert Rosner is a theoretical physicist at the University of Chicago and served as Argonne National Laboratory’s Director. His research is in fluid dynamics and plasma physics - in the laboratory and in astrophysics. His honors include Fellow of the American Physical Society (APS), the American Academy of Arts & Sciences, and the American Association for the Advancement of Science. He is a Foreign Member of the Norwegian Academy of Science & Letters, and served as President of the APS in 2023.
