Regina Dugan

Regina E. Dugan has led multi-billion-dollar efforts to deliver breakthroughs at global scale. She was the first female director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), led advanced technology development at Meta, Google, and is currently CEO of Wellcome Leap, a global non-profit focused on driving innovation in human health.
