Philipp Buddemeier

Philipp Buddemeier is a general partner and founder of Marvelous, a Berlin-based deep-tech venture capital firm focused on science-based climate solutions. The fund backs early-stage deep-tech startups, aiming to reduce at least 100 megatons of CO2 equivalent emissions per year by 2040, and runs a complementary Catalyst programme to help deploy emerging climate technologies. He has spent more than two decades working on keeping economic growth within planetary boundaries.
