Patryk Pawlak

Patryk Pawlak is a Part-Time Professor at the Robert Schuman Centre and Project Director for the EU-funded Global Initiative on the Future of the Internet (GIFI). His expertise includes global governance of digital issues, technology's influence on foreign policy, and EU cyber diplomacy. Pawlak advises governments and international organizations on cyber diplomacy and has been involved in various multilateral cyber processes, including those at the UN. He previously led the Brussels office of the EU Institute for Security Studies and coordinated the EU Cyber Diplomacy Initiative. He holds a PhD in Social and Political Sciences from the European University Institute.
