Owen Fraser

Owen P. Fraser is a biological scientist and laboratory design specialist with over 35 years' experience. He holds a PhD in Biological Sciences and is Co-Founder and CEO of Gobiosis International (Pty) Ltd. He develops smart laboratory ecosystems integrating modular infrastructure, engineering services and digital technologies, strengthening laboratory capacity across Africa through design, training and mentoring, with expertise in GLP, ISO/IEC 17025, method validation and analytical quality.
