Nicole is a Professor of Clinical Psychology at Monash University, specializing in improving developmental and mental health outcomes for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental conditions. She founded the AFR award-winning AllPlay™ platform in 2014, creating a scalable, strengths-based approach to disability support. Nicole served as Director (Medical Research) on the Board of AMAZE (Autism Victoria) from 2014 to 2023 and advises the Victorian Department of Education and Training. Her research has impacted millions through partnerships with education departments, the AFL, Queensland Ballet, and Beijing Dance Academy – AllPlay China. She has worked across public, community, and private health sectors for over two decades. Nicole’s leadership roles include founding the Deakin Child Study Centre and directing the re-imagined Monash Krongold Clinic. She has received numerous awards, including the College of Clinical Psychologists Rising Star Award and the Australian Financial Review Award for Community Engagement. Her vision is to create a world that fits all kids through long-standing philanthropic, government, and industry partnerships.
