Nick Fowler

Dr. Nick Fowler is Elsevier’s Chief Academic Officer. He leads Elsevier’s Research Networks group which liaises & collaborates with leaders of universities, funders & research policymakers. He is Elsevier's policy lead for Open Science & Research Evaluation. Nick is Elsevier’s representative on the Council of the UK Publishers Association & from 2021-23 he was Chair & Board member of STM. He has a PhD in Anthropology, a Masters in the Social Sciences & a BA in Geography.
