Meeyoung Cha

Meeyoung Cha is a Scientific Director at the Max Planck Institute for Security and Privacy in Bochum and a Professor at KAIST. A computer scientist working in data science and computational social science, her research addresses misinformation, fraud detection and poverty mapping, and she is the first South Korean to be appointed a Max Planck director.
