Martin Sonnenschein

Martin Sonnenschein raises the value and impact of companies and institutions through selected Board posts in various sectors (e.g. printing and packaging, machine engineering, communications and information technology, SaaS and B2B platforms, research and academia, Private Equity). Currently he serves as Chair of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, Deputy Chair of RWI Leibniz Institute for Economic Research, Member of the Board of Futurice Oy & SupplyOn AG, and Chair of Friends of WZB Berlin Social Science Center. He has supported the Falling Walls Foundation since 2010 and Co-initiated the Falling Walls Lab. Martin holds a MSc in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research & Computer Science from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and a PhD in Economics.
