Martin Mann

Martin Mann is Managing Director of the Berlin University Alliance, where he leads strategic initiatives at the interface of research, innovation, and institutional collaboration. He previously served as Head of Division for Societal Fundamental Issues and Transformation at the Federal President’s Office. Earlier in his career, he held several leadership roles at the Wissenschaftszentrum Berlin für Sozialforschung, including Head of the Executive Board Office and Head of Human Resources Development and Research Funding, and worked as a research officer at the Technical University of Berlin. He holds a doctorate from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and brings extensive experience in science management, research funding, and strategic development
