Markus Zlabinger

Dr. Markus Zlabinger is an entrepreneur, computer scientist, and machine learning expert. He studied computer science and obtained a M.Sc., and Ph.D. from the Technical University of Vienna. His research passion is machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and how to create training data more time-efficiently. Markus co-founded ImageTwin, a company providing services to detect image integrity issues in figures of scientific publications. He leads technology and product development. Markus identifies customer needs by closely cooperating with hundreds of experts, universities, journals, and publishers and sets the company's course accordingly. His motivation is fostered by developing new cutting-edge technology that satisfies critical customer requirements.
