Manon Westphal

Manon Westphal is a political scientist with a specialization in political theory. She is currently Interim Professor of Political Theory at the University of Münster and co-leader of the research project “Contours of a Non-Oligarchic Democratic Future” (funded by the Gerda Henkel Foundation). Her research focuses on democratic ways of dealing with disagreement and conflict, and on ways to improve the quality of democratic politics through institutional innovation.
