Mairi Sakellariadou

Mairi Sakellariadou is Professor of Theoretical Physics at King’s College London. She holds a BSc in Mathematics (Athens), MSc in Astrophysics (Cambridge), MSc and PhD in Physics (Tufts). Her research is on theoretical physics and early universe cosmology (428 publications). She is member of several international collaborations (LSC, LISA, ET OBS, MoEDAL, SKA). She is founding committee member of ISQG, member of FQXi, Editor-in-Chief of GRG. She was President of the European Physical Society (2024-26). She gave numerous scientific talks, outreach conferences and co-authored a children’s book.
