Luca Kleene

Luca Lea Kleene is the Innovation & Venture Growth Manager at EnBW Innovation, where she is responsible for the late-stage growth ventures of the EnBW Group. 

Prior to this, she co-founded a Berlin-based HealthTech startup, which she eventually sold to a competitor. Before that, Luca spent several years as a management consultant specializing in innovation and digital strategies, driving venture building initiatives with corporations and DAX companies. She studied Business Administration and Management at the University of Mannheim and the ESCP Europe Business School.
