Breaking the Wall to People-Driven Urban Intelligence: Lovro Koncar-Gamulin's 2025 Falling Walls Engage Finalist Project is City Layers.

City Layers is a recognized city mapping framework for people-driven spatial intelligence. Providing the means to identify and visualize diverse aspects, or "layers" of urban space – such as heat, comfort, mobility, and green access – City Layers empowers communities to create and access spatial knowledge. By merging community insights with existing urban data, City Layers transforms individual spatial observations into collective intelligence to make planning and transformation more equitable.
