Linda Tacconi

Linda Tacconi is a research group leader in submillimeter interferometry and galaxy evolution at the Max Planck Institute for Ext. Phys. She completed her PhD at the University of Massachusetts, and established her career in Europe. She has received the Lancelot Berkeley Trust Prize and the Caroline Herschel Medal. Her leadership roles include serving in the ESO Council President, as Chair of the ALMA Board, and as Chair of the Senior Committee for ESA’s Voyage 2050 planning exercise.
