Kyra Constanze Pauly

Kyra is the Managing Director of Bayer Foundation, Bayer AG’s corporate foundation. She’s also a Corporate Vice President at Bayer AG, leading Social Impact Programs, and is the interim Bayer Lead for Human Rights. Together with her team, she’s driving impactful programs to build capacity in health and agriculture in the Global South, foster education and scientific excellence and support democracy and human rights. 

Kyra brings along a wealth of experience across the health and agricultural sectors. She’s been with Bayer for more than 18 years and has assumed various roles with increasing responsibility in areas like innovation, sustainability, operations, strategy, corporate development and management consulting. Before joining Bayer, she was a clinical research associate at a contract research organization. 

She has a passion for and track record of strategic business development through innovation and partnerships, embedding sustainability into the business, people development and driving change.

Kyra holds a diploma in Health Economics from the University of Cologne, Germany.
