Ksenia Luchenko is a journalist, PhD in Philology (Moscow State University, 2010), an expert on media education, as well as the recent history of Orthodoxy in Russia, relations between church, state and society. Until spring 2022 she was Dean of the Faculty of Media Communications at the Moscow Higher School of Social and Economic Sciences (‘Shaninka’) and methodologist of the Goethe Institute's project ‘How to Read Media’ supported by the European Union. From 2023-2024 she is a visiting researcher at the European Council on Foreign Relations. Head of the Journalism and Media Studies major at the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences (Montenegro).
