Korinna Strobel

Dr. Korinna Strobel has been Head of Strategy at the Helmholtz Association's Head Office in Berlin since 2017. 
With her team, she develops intramural funding programmes to drive her organisation forward. Talent management initiatives are central to her work. In her role as Director of the Helmholtz Leadership Academy, she also supports the professional development of Helmholtz experts with a tailor-made curriculum. Her expertise is in linking strategy with organisational and leadership development.
She particularly enjoys working at the interface between different fields, such as different scientific disciplines and research vs. management. Korinna is a cognitive psychologist by training.
