Klaus Tochtermann

Klaus Tochtermann studied computer science in Kiel and Dortmund. From 2001 to 2010 he was the scientific director of Know-Center, a research institute for knowledge management in Austria. Since 2010, he has been director of the ZBW – Leibniz Information Centre for Economics and has held a chair for Digital Information Infrastructures at Kiel University. He is President of the European Open Science Cloud Association and member of the Senate of the German National Research Data Infrastructure.
