Dr. Kejia Hu is an Associate Professor of Management Science at Oxford Saïd Business School and a Fellow of Exeter College. Her research focuses on creating business value through human-AI collaboration, integrating operational insights with AI applications. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and published in leading journals. Recognized by Poets & Quants "40 Under 40" (2023), she serves on the boards of INFORMS Service Science and POMS College of Service Operations, and is a Senior Editor at Production and Operations Management.
