Katrin Milzow

Katrin is Co-Director and Head of Research Development at the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF). Over the past decade, she has championed evidence-informed funding, inclusive excellence, and stronger links between research, policy, and practice. She also serves as Co-Chair of the international Research on Research Institute (RoRI) and co-authored Switzerland’s National Open Research Data Strategy. Katrin studied in Oxford and Brussels and earned her doctorate in Geneva in European politics.
