Julia Lalande

Julia Lalande is Director of Research and Impact at the Ontario Science Centre in Toronto, where she leads the development of the organization’s research, evaluation, and data analytics strategy, with a focus on advancing STEM equity and access.

She brings extensive experience in strategy, research, and public policy, having held leadership roles within the Government of Ontario and social innovation initiatives, including work on poverty reduction, education, and youth homelessness.

Julia Lalande is committed to helping organizations achieve meaningful impact through evidence-based approaches and strong partnerships, and is also a trained coach supporting individuals in their professional development.
